In 1964, Stout was a car known for today, Tacoma. In 1969, Tacoma was named Hi-Lux. Until the mid-1990s, Tacoma has its own identity now. The names have changed and so did the car. This little car is now offered to the spirit, Access, or Xtra Regular Cab and a variety of formats truck bed.

In modern Tacoma consumers receive a line of 2.7-liter four-cylinder, 159 motor connected to a four-speed automatic transmission or a five-speed manual transmission or a 4.5-liter V-6, 236 hp married to a five-speed manual or six-speed automatic tranny. It is offered with rear wheel and four-wheel drive on all versions, including XRunner and PreRunner. This truck even has a supercharged TRD settings for those who require off-road capabilities.

XRunner have the Access Cab, V-6 engine and a gearbox six-speed manual. His suspension is lowered and it sports a reinforced frame, which improves the rigidity trosional. standard safety features are included in all trim and it comes with hill start and descent assist as well.
